Job Summary
Facilitate key outage P/R/S readiness planning and tracking while coordinating parts, services, and repairs readiness across multiple business functions. Lead post COD HA unit reviews to align CAPA implementation schedules, parts planning, and demand placement in partnership with Customer Portfolio Managers and global teams. Coordinate advance new unit pre to post COD transitions and manage region inventory for warranty replacements. Support warranty leaders in account planning and key serial number discussions, while driving SQDC performance for the fleet. Manage selective operations projects such as the Region HA get well plan and coordinate new issue/TIL program launches. Requires 8+ years in gas power generation, project management experience, and ability to work within a matrix organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the Services & General Operations Support
- Knowledge level is comparable to a degree from an accredited university or college
- At least 8 years of experience in gas power generation industry
- Prior project management experience and skills
- Experience in the gas power industry across countries in Asia

- Prior customer management experience
