Sr. Service Technician

Perform maintenance and repair of car wash systems at customer sites, troubleshooting technical issues via on-site and remote support. Interact with customers, co-workers, and sales representatives to resolve complaints, investigate problems, and suggest system improvements. Analyze work orders, plan daily travel schedules, and conduct tests while submitting accurate Field Service Reports, Service Tickets, and expense logs. Safeguard company and customer information, comply with OSHA standards and safety protocols, and report work-related accidents within 24 hours. Clean service vehicles weekly and assist in training new technicians. This hourly role requires up to 30% travel and independent work with minimal supervision.
