Sr. Service Sales Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct service product sales in the Jiangsu territory by developing and executing sales plans to hit targets. Collaborate with field service engineers and customer service teams to identify new business opportunities, visit existing clients regularly, and follow up on expiring service agreements to drive renewals. Assist in daily maintenance of key accounts to sustain customer satisfaction and loyalty while collecting market updates and competitor information for regular reports submitted to the sales manager. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related disciplines, familiarity with analytical instrument knowledge, and minimum 1–2 years of relevant industry experience. Available for regular business trips.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Pharmaceutical, Food Science or related disciplines
- Familiar with basic analytical instrument knowledge (AA, ICP, ICP-MS, UV, IR, TEA, LCMS, GCMS)
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant industry experience
- Available for regular business trips
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
