Job Summary
Senior Service Readiness Engineer responsible for ensuring a seamless, high-quality transition from project commissioning into long-term service operations. Owns service readiness outcomes at project handover—ensuring systems, data, documentation, tools, and service teams are prepared to support assets from day one. Serves as a technical liaison between Commissioning, Engineering, and Services to reduce operational risk and enable scalable, repeatable handover execution. Key activities include end-to-end service readiness for handover, cross-functional alignment across teams, validation of data/tools/docs, enabling operations teams pre-go-live, establishing standardized handover processes, and defining metrics and indicators for service readiness. Also supports regional site testing, capacity/performance testing, and provides advanced support to Field Service Engineers on complex tasks. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on reliability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in commissioning, field service, operations, or system integration
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and service operations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments
