Job Summary
Oversee daily production activities across multiple lines to meet aggressive output targets for AI GPU servers. Implement Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) to maximize resource utilization and lead root-cause analysis for production bottlenecks or technical failures. Supervise specialized testing environments including high-wattage burn-in processes and liquid cooling leak testing. Manage production budgets to reduce scrap rates and optimize labor costs while ensuring compliance with rigorous safety standards for heavy rack movements and high-voltage power testing. Lead the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and AI-driven predictive maintenance to minimize downtime. Requires 12+ years in high-tech electronics manufacturing with 5+ years in leadership overseeing large-scale facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
- 12+ years of experience in high-tech electronics manufacturing
- At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale production facilities
- Direct experience with AI Server L10/L11 production
- Deep understanding of the complexity of GPU-based hardware
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems
- Familiarity with the manufacturing requirements for advanced thermal solutions (Liquid Cooling)
- Proven ability to manage large labor forces (including direct and indirect staff)
- Proven ability to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills in both local language and English
