Job Summary
Sr. Server & Network Administrator leads the integration and management of enterprise servers and networks, providing guidance to development and operations teams, ensuring high uptime and availability, planning and implementing technology projects, installing and configuring network hardware, performing backups and disaster recovery, evaluating performance, documenting systems, and coordinating with software engineers and operators. The role requires ITIL-aligned change control, active monitoring of backups/logs, and staying current with technology upgrades; bilingual (Korean/English) ability is highlighted.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 9+ years of server & network admin experience
- Extensive knowledge in Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems
- Experience managing servers and networks in cloud and virtual environments
- Strong knowledge of network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, MPLS, VDI, and cloud-based systems)
- Professional certification (CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Korean-English bilingual preferred
