Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive website technical audits, analyze server logs and crawl reports to drive indexation strategies, and spearhead keyword research aligned with business objectives. Own content development strategy for SEO and monetization goals while directing task prioritization with project managers and developers. Oversee monthly performance reporting and stay ahead of emerging trends in AI discovery and internet marketing to inform strategic direction. Partner with stakeholders on organic search improvements while maintaining robust trust-and-safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist
- Advanced knowledge of analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of crawling tools, like Screaming Frog
- Knowledge of performance tracking tools like Debugbear (Gtmetrix or PageSpeedTest alternatives) and Core Web Vitals
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Autonomous, self-motivated, and proactive problem-solver with a strong passion for SEO
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
- Must Haves
- Direct experience optimizing AI visibility and leveraging AI/LLM tools to scale and automate SEO workflows
- Proven track record working on large-scale or international websites
- Experience with Looker
- Knowledge of JavaScript rendering
- Experience using Python for large-scale data manipulation and SEO automation
