Sr. Security/ Technology Engineer

Job Summary
Lead field surveys, assessments, and project reports while managing concept programming, construction documentation, and specifications for new builds, renovations, and system upgrades. Prepare and issue all project deliverables using AutoCAD, Revit, and BlueBeam, ensuring code compliance and quality control of construction drawings for bidding. Coordinate with engineering and architectural teams, guide clients on technology selection, and conduct site visits, kick-off meetings, and bid reviews. Manage staff engineers, vendor research, schedules, and budgets while completing construction administration tasks including shop drawing reviews and punch lists. Assist with business development and stay current on emerging technologies and standards. Requires in-person onboarding for the first 90 days followed by a hybrid arrangement, with a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience, and PE licensure as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field with minor in EE
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, design and construction disciplines
- Certifications, Credentialing, and/or Professional Engineering Licensure or eligibility
- Ability to work within project budgets, hours, phases, and schedules
- High proficiency in BlueBeam and Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills utilizing project management software, engineering templates, and meetings note taking
- Ability to meet deadlines and honor commitments
- Ability to produce quality work in a flexible hybrid environment
- Works well as an individual contributor or as a collaborative team member
- Maintains a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
- Driving a vehicle is required
- Navigating building construction sites is required for most project assignments
- Onboarding and training require in-person work at our Lansdale, PA office for the first 90 days
- Following this period, a hybrid work arrangement will be available
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineering Licensure and Credentialing, or the ability to obtain, is a plus

- Occasional overnight travel may be needed
- Navigating building construction sites is required for most project assignments
