Job Summary
Sr. Scrum Master I to support Salesforce modernization and AI-driven development teams; enables Agile, Lean delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, and continuous delivery practices; serves as a servant leader and Agile coach for Salesforce product teams, removing impediments, improving velocity, and aligning delivery with modernization initiatives; collaborates with Product Managers, Architects, Administrators, and AI-enabled development teams to ensure effective sprint execution and delivery alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Active Secret clearance
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent demonstrated Salesforce platform experience.
- 5–7 years of experience supporting Agile software development teams
- 3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce development, implementation, modernization, or product delivery teams.
