Sr SAP Solutions Architect/Lead for SCM & Mftg - Remote

Job Summary
Conduct detailed as-is process reviews across CLIENT's global manufacturing locations, mapping current SAP ECC workflows to S/4HANA out-of-the-box equivalents. Facilitate workshops to align site-level processes with the global blueprint while documenting specifications for justified configurations. Collaborate with blueprint teams to ensure consistency and support the identification of a pilot site for an early proof of value. Provide inputs into solution options for the mid-March presentation. This immediate-start, 6-12 month role involves occasional travel with the client paying expenses, focusing on driving adoption of OOTB S/4HANA processes in production planning, quality management, and supply chain modules.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of SAP functional experience
- Deep expertise in PP (Production Planning)
- Deep expertise in QM (Quality Management)
- Deep expertise in PM (Plant Maintenance)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing
- Integration with MES systems
- Experience with MM (Materials Management)
- Experience with SD (Sales and Distribution)
- Experience with EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- Experience with multi-site, global supply chain SAP landscapes
- Proven, hands-on experience in manufacturing and supply chain SAP modules
- Ability to conduct site-by-site process assessments across CLIENT's global manufacturing locations
- Ability to drive adoption of OOTB S/4HANA processes
- Ability to minimize the need for custom development
- Ability to conduct detailed as-is process reviews at each CLIENT site
- Ability to map current SAP ECC processes to S/4HANA OOTB equivalents
- Ability to identify gaps requiring process change
- Ability to work directly with CLIENT site teams and operational staff
- Ability to understand local process nuances
- Ability to facilitate workshops and walkthroughs
- Ability to align site-level processes with the global S/4 blueprint
- Ability to document functional specifications
- Ability to collaborate with Deloitte/Accenture blueprint teams
- Ability to support the identification of a pilot site or MVP product line workflow
- Ability to provide inputs into solution options for presentation
- Ability to travel (occasional travel mostly remote)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Background in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing
- Familiarity with parts distribution networks
- Familiarity with AOG (Aircraft on Ground) scenarios
- Familiarity with MRO inventory management
