Job Summary
Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration across GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, COPA; configure and support integrations with BlackLine, SAP Business One, and ProLease; lead design workshops, fit-to-standard sessions, and UAT; act as functional project lead for medium to large initiatives; manage systems integrators and consultants; maintain solution documentation and contribute to Finance technology roadmap and modernization; requires 7+ years of SAP Finance configuration experience with S/4HANA, strong R2R knowledge, and ability to lead cross-functional teams; hybrid work arrangement in Rhode Island/Boston, 3 days/week in the office; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- 7+ years SAP Finance configuration experience with S/4HANA
- Strong Record-to-Report process knowledge
- Experience integrating SAP with finance ecosystem tools
- Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, SAP Integration Suite
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders
