Job Summary
Lead SAP FICO configuration, enhancement, and support activities across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting modules. Partner with business stakeholders to translate financial requirements and develop functional specs for RICEFW objects while ensuring integration with PMMO, PP, MM, and SD. Support financial close processes, participate in testing and data validation, and troubleshoot production issues with timely resolution. This role requires U.S. citizenship and experience in ITAR-controlled environments for a Principal-level consultant supporting a critical DOD/A&D initiative.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experience
- Strong configuration experience in GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Finance
- At least 3-4 full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- U.S. Citizenship
- Experience working in ITAR-controlled environments
- Ability to comply with export control regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
- Exposure to defense, aerospace, or regulated industries
- Experience with financial reporting tools (Fiori, SAC, BW)
- Background supporting audit or compliance-driven environments
