Job Summary
Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority issues in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, including G/L, AP, AR, and Cost Center Accounting. Drive system readiness during month-end and year-end closing cycles while supporting financial planning and actual closing processes. Conduct hands-on training for finance users, write step-by-step documentation to reduce repetitive tickets, and collaborate with the HQ global SAP support team for system enhancements and implementation testing. Requires 10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience in high-tech or semiconductor industries, bilingual Korean/English skills, and proficiency in SQL, ABAP debugging, and SAP S/4HANA. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT required.
Required Qualifications
- Over 10 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO consulting and system analysis experience
- Must have a proven track record in high-tech or semiconductor industries
- Deep knowledge of R2R (Record-to-Report), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), and O2C (Order-to-Cash) lifecycles
- Strong understanding of how FI integrates with upstream modules (MM, SD)
- Familiarity with SQL, ABAP debugging, and reporting tools
- Experience migrating to or working within SAP S/4HANA
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance) are highly preferred
