Job Summary
The Sr SAP Business Analyst – PP/Digital Manufacturing is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP PP and Digital Manufacturing solutions to meet business needs. This role requires expertise in SAP PP configuration, demand management, production orders, and the integration of PP with MM, SD, QM, and other modules. The analyst will implement and support SAP Digital Manufacturing, ensuring real-time data capture for production processes, and support end-to-end SAP DM functional activities including testing and deployment. Candidates should have extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor junior consultants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or IT
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP PP and DM experience
- 2+ years of hands-on SAP Digital Manufacturing experience
- Strong understanding of manufacturing execution and shop-floor processes
- Experience integrating SAP PP and SAP DM
- Knowledge of discrete or process manufacturing environments
- Understanding of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA tables, data flows, and reporting
- Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- SAP PP and/or SAP Digital Manufacturing certification
- Experience with SAP ME/MII migration to SAP DM
- Exposure to SAP BTP, APIs, and event-driven architecture
- Experience with EWM-DM integration
- SAP Global Implementation experience
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation
- Automotive Supplier and/or Automotive Manufacturing industry experience
