Job Summary
Senior SAP BTP Administrator to manage, secure, and operate SAP BTP services across enterprise landscapes. Lead account administration, security, connectivity, service enablement, and platform governance to ensure high availability, compliance, and scalability of SAP cloud solutions. Serve as primary end-user support liaison, analyze changes, and identify improvements to optimize platform performance and business workflows. Collaboration with business stakeholders and vendor implementation teams to align delivery with business needs; participate in migration efforts (RISE with SAP), HANA 2025 deployment, and adoption of Fiori and SAP AI initiatives. Demonstrated ability to mentor peers, lead process design, and drive continuous improvement within a cross-functional IT environment. Madison-based role with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions
- Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Ability to work nights/weekends; Ability to travel up to 5%
