Job Summary
SR SAP Analyst – Finance responsible for supporting SAP FTM initiatives through configuration, documentation, testing, and cutover activities. Works with SAP solution leads, business users, developers, project managers, and support teams to ensure deliverables align with Mohawk/Dal-Tile SAP standards. Key duties include gathering and documenting requirements, translating requirements into functional design, performing unit/SIT/UAT testing, coordinating with stakeholders, participating in cutover planning, and driving continuous improvements while maintaining SAP best practices. Requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills, with an emphasis on maintaining quality and adherence to SAP standards. In-office four days per week in Dallas, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4–6 years of SAP experience or equivalent
- Functional knowledge of SAP FI, CO, and related modules
- Experience with configuration, documentation, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and cutover
- Experience collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
