Sr. Salesforce Health Cloud Developer

Job Summary
Design, code, debug, and test Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data interfaces using APIs. Build user interfaces and workflows, develop Apex and Lightning Web Components, and coordinate modifications with the Health Cloud Administrator. Evaluate vendor software, install upgrades, and provide technical troubleshooting while serving as a resource for entry-level developers. Conduct system testing, prepare test data, and document design reports and instructional manuals. Monitor critical workflows, resolve daily trouble tickets, and participate in Agile, Scrum, and test-driven development practices. Perform on-call support and maintain regular attendance in a fully remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with coursework in programming and database systems, or equivalent experience
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to receive a favorable interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense background investigation
- At least five years of general application development and support experience
- At least three years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience
- At least three years of experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets and CI/CD practices
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience in a Salesforce Government Cloud environment
- Technical experience with healthcare systems or government contract systems
- Experience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira or a similar solution
- Experience communicating with both technical and business audiences
- Seven or more years of general application development and support experience
- Four years of Salesforce Health Cloud experience
- Four years of experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets and CI/CD practices
- Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and/or Platform Developer II certification
- Experience with the Aura framework and OmniScript
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Einstein Analytics

- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and able to receive a Department of Defense background investigation
- Candidate must have hands-on Salesforce Government Cloud or Government Cloud Plus development experience
- Working for a government agency or government contractor does not qualify unless the candidate developed within one of these Salesforce environments
- Candidate must have at least three years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud development experience
- General Salesforce experience within a healthcare organization does not qualify unless the candidate directly developed or implemented Salesforce Health Cloud
- The resume must clearly identify the projects where the candidate used Salesforce Government Cloud and Salesforce Health Cloud, including the candidate's responsibilities, modules used, and dates of experience

- Remote work from approved home workspace
