Job Summary
Support and manage onshore activities for the EPLUS product built on the Salesforce platform, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and the Salesforce.org team. Coordinate with internal offshore teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution while working closely with customers to understand product functionality. Manage multiple priorities independently and handle escalations within a hybrid or remote work environment, with occasional travel dependent on company needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5 + years of working experience working with the Salesforce platform.
- 5 + years of being a client facing role as Salesforce Consultant (Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.)
- 5 + years of working experience supporting Salesforce-based products and healthcare platforms.
- Ability to quickly learn new product features and business workflows.
- Working experience coordinating between onshore and offshore teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Remote based in the US and able to work EST time zone
- Work across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote work environment.
- Candidates may be required to go through a pre-employment criminal background check.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service/Health Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams.
