Job Summary
Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions across core CRM and CPQ, including custom objects, Apex, flows, and integrations. Collaborates with Technical Leads, BSAs, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliverables. Maintains integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems (e.g., Zuora), develops and maintains Apex code and Lightning components, conducts code reviews, supports testing and defect resolution, and assists with deployment, release validation, and post-release monitoring. Maintains technical documentation and ensures data integrity and system reliability in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Qualifications include 5-8 years in Salesforce development, expertise with Apex/SOQL/LWC/Flows, experience with APIs and middleware, and a strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience, hands-on coding and configuration
- Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, asynchronous processing)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities
- Experience supporting enterprise systems with high data volume and complex workflows
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, agile environment
- Good communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Salesforce certifications are a plus (Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist)
