Job Summary
Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions for Field Service, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow. Develop work order capabilities, scheduling workflows, and mobile features to support field technicians, dispatchers, and O&M teams. Build integrations with enterprise systems, troubleshoot production issues, and manage CI/CD pipelines and security. Partner with Field Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering to translate operational requirements into scalable technical designs.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Salesforce development, configuration, or implementation experience
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service in a complex operational environment
- Strong experience with Service Cloud and the broader Salesforce platform
- Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, APIs, data modeling, and Salesforce security
- Ability to independently work through technically ambiguous requirements, analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver production-ready functionality
- Experience designing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of field service processes, including scheduling, dispatch, technician mobility, work execution, service history, and preventive maintenance
- Experience supporting Field Operations, O&M, Customer Success, customer support, or other asset-intensive business processes
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to independently work through technically ambiguous requirements, analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver production-ready functionality
- Experience with Experience Cloud and customer or partner portals
- Experience with Manufacturing Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, or marketing teams and workflows is a plus
- Familiarity with installed products, asset hierarchies, warranties, service contracts, and fleet maintenance
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, including Field Service, Service Cloud, Platform Developer, or Platform App Builder
- Experience in energy, manufacturing, industrial equipment, utilities, or another asset-intensive industry
