Job Summary
Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, while configuring security models, automation, and data models for Sales, Service, and Financial Services Clouds. Translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs, prepare Technical Design Documents, and ensure adherence to best practices and governor limits. Develop integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft, support data migration and governance, and implement platform events for asynchronous processing. Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, develop unit tests, and maintain high code coverage within CI/CD pipelines. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical estimations while supporting defect resolution and production activities. Mentor junior developers, identify technical risks, and drive performance optimization and technical debt reduction. This remote role requires 6–10 years of Salesforce experience, including FSC implementations, and offers a flexible work environment that may include part-time hours or working outside standard 9-5 times.
