Job Summary
Sr Salesforce Architect – Service Cloud responsible for defining and delivering the Salesforce architectural vision across Service Cloud, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions aligned with PAR standards. Lead solution design for integrations (APIs, middleware, data platforms), document architecture and data models, act as the technical authority for complex implementations, mentor Admins/Developers, ensure security/compliance, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, drive platform optimization and stay current with Salesforce features/releases. Requires a bachelor’s degree and Salesforce certification, 10+ years with Service Cloud in Admin roles (4+ years as Architect).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technology related major
- Salesforce certification (required or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud in an Admin capacity
- 4+ years as an Architect
- Functional knowledge across Case Management, Knowledge base, and customer service portals
- Experience with Salesforce ALM environment (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod)
