Job Summary
Sr Salesforce Admin & Developer (Revenue Cloud) on the IT team at Anova. Lead configuration, custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs), releases, and platform health for a unified Salesforce instance. Drive Revenue Cloud implementation (product catalog, price books, pricing controls, guided selling, contract management, renewals/amendments, order management), integrations with ERP and marketing automation, and governance across multiple business units and acquisitions. Own multi-tier sandbox releases with Git-based source control, lead testing and post-release hypercare, and mentor the team to reduce external dependency. Translate requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success into scalable solutions and enable velocity, integrity, and visibility across the commercial process.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and/or development experience, including senior-level work on a complex, multi-business-unit instance
- Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (product catalog, price books, contracts, order management)
- Strong declarative Salesforce skills (Flows, validation rules, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts, approval processes) and working experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/Bulk API
- Experience integrating Salesforce with at least one ERP and one marketing automation platform
- Experience with multi-tier sandbox releases, Git-based source control, and ticket-driven release management
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong English communication; ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to deepen Revenue Cloud expertise on the job
- Preferred: Salesforce CPQ experience and related certifications
- Experience supporting iterative, multi-release Salesforce programs with external implementation partner
- Experience supporting M&A onboarding into Salesforce (data migration, role/permission rationalization, process unification)
- Familiarity with IT control frameworks (ISO-aligned, SOC-style) and Salesforce audit-readiness practices
