Job Summary
Senior Sales Support Specialist responsible for supporting daily sales operations and reporting, including expense accruals, claims processing, and preparing key sales reports (forecasts, daily sales, POS performance). Performs quarterly sales incentive calculations and annual sales target setting, ensures data accuracy in reporting deliverables, conducts monthly promotion analysis to monitor ROI and promotional effectiveness, and supports cross-functional projects (dashboard development, Revenue Growth Management, and market analysis). Partners with Sales and Trade Marketing to provide ad-hoc analysis and actionable insights; identifies trends and opportunities to improve promotional effectiveness and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., P&L, accruals)
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset
- Basic English proficiency (reading and speaking)
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to stay professional and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
