Job Summary
Sr Sales Representative at Novartis Brazil focused on engaging HCPs and co-creating customer-centered experiences to drive demand ethically. Responsibilities include personalizing and orchestrating customer engagement journeys for target HCPs, partnering with HCPs to build sustained collaboration, leveraging data to dynamically prioritize territory and account plans, sharing customer insights with internal stakeholders to support content and campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address unmet needs, and acting with integrity and respect. Preferred: knowledge of oncology and healthcare ecosystem in Brazil.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry
- Experience as technical consultant in the specialty area
- Knowledge of Brazil health ecosystem (public and private)
- Experience with immunobiologics in the position's hub
