Senior Sales Representative for Cranial, Spine, and ENT product portfolio in the Adriatic region (Croatia, Serbia and neighboring territories) and Malta. Drive commercial success, build long-term relationships with distributors, surgeons and hospital decision-makers; identify and pursue new business opportunities; provide product education, clinical support, and training; collaborate on product launches and market development; manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting; travel extensively while aligning with Medtronic values and patient-focused care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 4+ years proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in Cranial, Spine, ENT, or related surgical specialties
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Native-level proficiency in Croatian or Serbian (written and spoken)
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and outside
