Job Summary
Senior Sales Representative for Vascular products in the Washington, DC area responsible for growing the assigned territory by promoting and servicing a portfolio including DCB, Atherectomy, and PV products. Drive therapy adoption, develop and execute sales plans, identify opportunities within current and new customer bases, train medical staff on products and procedures, influence pricing and contracting to improve ASPs, and ensure ethical, compliant territory management. Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and other decision makers; manage referrals and campaigns to expand market share; communicate market insights to sales management; require travel and the ability to operate in clinical settings and cath labs. Strong emphasis on coordination with internal teams (marketing, finance, customer service) and ongoing self-development in technical/clinical knowledge; compliance with FDA requirements and corporate ethics. For U.S. work authorization sponsorship (H-1B, TN, J, etc.), sponsorship is offered exclusively for Principal-level roles and above; below Principal level requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience
- Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience
- 4+ years and a Bachelor’s Degree
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
