Job Summary
Sr. Sales Rep – Union & Labor Markets drives new business and renewals for Willamette Dental by leveraging an established network of union leaders and administrators, converting pipelines into closed sales, delivering CE presentations, and aligning products with member needs. The role requires strategic account management across local, regional, and national levels, CRM upkeep, ongoing client reporting, public speaking to diverse audiences, and meeting aggressive revenue targets. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in large group health insurance sales (preferably with unions/Taft-Harley plans), and an Oregon/WA/Idaho state insurance license (or ability to obtain within 60 days). Also requires a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- ten years of large group health insurance sales experience
- valid driver’s license for operation of a motor vehicle in Oregon and acceptable driving record
- State insurance license in good standing in Oregon, Washington & Idaho, or must obtain within 60 days of hire
