Job Summary
Senior Sales Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across Commercial and Enterprise Sales and other GTM functions. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute recruiting strategies, leverage data to influence decisions, use Greenhouse and other recruiting tools, and drive process improvements. Must have 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record in sales recruiting for a technology company, excellent communication, and ability to build relationships with senior leadership. Must be office-based with at least 3 days in the office. Be a culture champion and contribute to cross-functional projects and headcount prioritization.
