Job Summary
Lead strategic analytical projects to shape customer strategies, portfolio decisions, and revenue growth initiatives for Ornua's global dairy operations. Drive transportation excellence, optimize service performance, and manage costs while ensuring reliable delivery across the temperature-controlled supply chain. Partner directly with Sales leadership to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and execute commercial objectives by translating complex data into actionable business recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support long-term business growth and strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales analysis, commercial analytics, category management, or a related field
- Deep experience working with syndicated data such as Nielsen and/or Circana (IRI)
- Strong experience partnering directly with Sales teams and influencing business decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, forecasting, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Costco IRI/Circana experience strongly preferred
- Experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food, dairy, or retail industry experience preferred
- Experience supporting category management, assortment optimization, promotional analytics, and forecasting initiatives
- Experience mentoring analysts or leading analytical projects across multiple stakeholders
