Job Summary
Manage all aspects of User and License Management, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules. Execute Salesforce configuration changes via Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, and custom settings while conducting regular data audits to recommend structural improvements. Perform ongoing data cleansing, deduplication, and normalization for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Tasks. Identify unused platform features and underutilized connected apps, then translate gathered requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions. Monitor user adoption through training, enablement, and platform enhancements, while creating and maintaining technical documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align technical solutions with business goals and ensure stable governance practices.

- At least 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales or Service Cloud
- Strong Salesforce Revenue Cloud knowledge
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience administering CPQ
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, including Flow
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce governance and change management best practices
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist)
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Specialist certificate
