Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Sr Sales Operations Analyst based in Denton, TX, responsible for supporting the North American Sales Team through managing sales data, reporting, and data analytics. Build and maintain PowerBI reports, develop tools to simulate program performance, and analyze large data sets. Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate data flows, train teams on data usage, and forecast the financial impact of programs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Interfaces with Sales, IT, Sales Operations, and Finance to execute programs and supports audits of data, reporting, and payments. Strong emphasis on data analytics, data management, and effective communication to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Finance, IT, or Data Management
- Advanced database skills including SQL, PowerBI, and MS Access
- Experience understanding and manipulating data across multiple sources; ability to write queries and build reports
- Experience with ERP systems and/or SAP preferred; strong communication skills and ability to work in a matrixed organization
