Job Summary
Drive business growth in the Data Centre segment by managing key client accounts and developing new opportunities across multiple states. Execute commercial strategy for Grid Solutions Power Transmission products, including Power & Distribution Transformers and High Voltage Circuit Breakers, while collaborating with regional leadership to deliver customized solutions. Own accurate forecasting of orders, margins, and sales, and proactively identify prospects to create new sales opportunities. Provide market trend feedback to product marketing and conduct periodic account reviews with management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to address client challenges and develop written pursuit strategies for strategic accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Years of direct sales, channel sales, or account leadership experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years or more of proven successful sales experience in Data Centre industry
- ideally with experience in Electrical equipment Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers
- Experience developing and executing successful growth strategies
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Preferred location in Texas
