Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager responsible for outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and selling into assigned markets for Pyramid Global Hospitality's Portland properties (Hotel Lucia and Sentinel). Duties include responding to group/catering opportunities, coordinating with on-property resources, drafting proposals and contracts, generating bookings, and other related booking documentation; up-selling opportunities; building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; and applying company marketing initiatives to close business. Requires strong selling, communication, and hospitality domain knowledge, with focus on market dynamics, enterprise-level objectives, and revenue-generation strategies; weekend or after-hours availability may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant hotel or resort sales and marketing group and event sales experience in the hospitality industry.
- Relevant university or college qualification or degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
