Job Summary
Lead and guide a team of 5 to 7 DSTs to ensure productivity while interacting with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets for business sourcing. Tie up with channel partners and associates to execute sales programs, manage direct and indirect team development, and coordinate with credit for loan applications and smooth disbursement. Follow up on infant delinquent cases and manage PDDs. Requires minimum 2 years of vehicle financing experience, knowledge of Sale-Purchase Broker, and strong customer orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 2 yrs. of work experience in vehicle financing (preferably CV/CE/MUV's)
- Knowledge of Sale-Purchase Broker
- Go Getter Attitude
- Strong Customer Orientation
- Self Motivated
- Good relationship Management
