Job Summary
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive sales across HVAC service, controls, and energy efficiency markets by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities. You are expected to manage a pipeline using Salesforce CRM, collaborate with engineering and operations teams, and establish long-term client relationships. Success will be measured by your ability to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates possess 5+ years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of service contracts, and excellent negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience selling MEP, HVAC, or building services
- Familiarity with service contracts and building automation
- Strong relationship-building skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mentality
