Requires 6+ years in banking with 3-4 years in Retail Liabilities, strong sales experience, and qualifications MB A/CA/CAIB. Demonstrates ability to liaise with product management, marketing, and other centers for new product development, service improvements, and sales initiatives; lead branch administration, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to achieve break-even and profitability.
