Job Summary

Senior Sales Engineer at TrendAITM will serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects, guiding evaluation, adoption, and expansion of the cybersecurity platform. Responsibilities include leading demos and technical storytelling, aligning platform capabilities with customer goals, building trusted partner relationships, representing the company at industry events, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure exceptional customer experience. The role requires 5+ years in Solutions/Pre-Sales, strong communication with technical and executive audiences, and expertise across cybersecurity, cloud architectures, on-premises/hybrid/cloud-native environments, API integrations, and AI-enabled cybersecurity workflows. The successful candidate will undergo a background check and a national police check. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles
  • Proven experience working with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Broad technical acumen across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization
  • Experience designing/architecting solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments
  • Ability to rapidly learn modern technologies and thrive in a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
  • Proven experience and passion for public speaking, live demos, and customer education
  • Desirable Certifications: CISSP, CEH, CCSP, Security+, CySA+, CISM, CISA, or other ISACA certifications
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, scripting, automation, or lightweight coding (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • AI technology experience, such as applying AI/ML to cybersecurity workflows, leveraging LLMs or agentic AI for automation, or working with AI-driven detection and analytics systems
