Job Summary
Conduct technical and commercial estimates for valves in MEP systems by reviewing project specifications, tender documents, and customer requirements. Meet MEP contractors and consultants to understand project needs, while preparing and following up on quotations and sales proposals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and manage client relationships independently. Find new business opportunities in commercial and building services, keeping updated on market trends and competitor activities to achieve sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of UAE project experience as a Sales Engineer/Sr Sales engineer in Valves
- Good knowledge of Chilled water system
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
- Find new business opportunities in Commercial and Building Services
- Meet MEP Contractors and consultants understand their project requirements
- Review project specifications, tender documents, and customer requirements
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial estimates for Valves in MEP systems
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth
- Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities
