Job Summary
Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to bridge marketing and sales, creating and managing a library of sales tools, collateral, and content aligned with brand messaging; design and deliver training programs; onboard new sales team members; ensure messaging consistency across channels; provide market intelligence and competitive analysis; tailor messaging with DoD Domain Leads to boost sales effectiveness; track and report on enablement initiatives; craft playbooks for target verticals; remote in the USA with travel under 20%.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a related role in the defense or technology industry
- 3+ years direct sales and program management experience
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes, MEDDPICC or Command of the Message a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement new selling motions for a complex technology company
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
