Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a related role in the defense or technology industry
  • 3+ years direct sales and program management experience
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes, MEDDPICC or Command of the Message a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement new selling motions for a complex technology company
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
