Job Summary
Senior Sales Development Representative, Enterprise at Dialpad will own building prospect lists, manage the pipeline, and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Dialpad product. You will partner with Account Executives to develop prospecting strategies and vertical campaigns for your territory, create prospecting lists for target accounts and key decision makers, and reach out via phone, email, and social media. You’ll work with your manager, peers, and AEs to refine messages, processes, and daily activities, and you’ll research target accounts and stakeholders in your territory. Must have 2+ years of enterprise SaaS sales outbound experience. Tools used include SFDC, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Dialpad. Based in Tempe, AZ, you’ll navigate the enterprise sales cycle from discovery calls with senior-level decision makers to KPI-driven prospecting, contributing to revenue growth and the company’s AI-driven initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in enterprise SaaS sales outbound
- experience in professional environment
- outbound into the enterprise segment preferably in SaaS sales
