Job Summary
The Sr. Sales Development & Inside Sales Representative will generate leads through marketing efforts and by collaborating with field counterparts on territory strategy. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective clients, setting appointments, handling inbound inquiries, coordinating with field account executives, managing client proposals and legal contracts, developing opportunities, and conducting business meetings. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and adaptability, and possesses 5-9 years of relevant sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5-9 years of sales experience in B2B lead generation or technical sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability in planning and execution of a territory sales plan
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
- Achievement of sales and/or lead generation quota
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce and Enterprise selling tools
- Strong understanding of Rimini value proposition and product solution sets
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus
