Job Summary
Senior Sales Account Executive responsible for winning new business and driving revenue by selling Eyelit’s plant-focused full stack solution (SIOP, APS, MES) to complex manufacturing enterprises. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, develop plant- and multi-plant opportunities, create plant-level solution theses and value propositions, craft pricing and competitive analyses, and build deliverable sales plays and ABM/install-base plans. Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot), forecast opportunities, and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Services Delivery, and Product teams. Requirements include 10+ years in APS/MES sales to manufacturing leadership, hunter mindset with a track record of closing >$1MM ARR, ability to engage multiple plant stakeholders, travel up to 50%, and strong communication/negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of successful experience selling plant and multi-plant APS and MES to manufacturing plant leadership
- strong experience selling into sectors such as A&D, medical devices, and industrial
- track record of closing new named accounts and exceeding $1MM+ ARR sales targets
- consultative, value-based selling techniques and ability to build business cases for multiple constituencies
- ability to penetrate plant-level decision-makers and influence complex buying groups
- travel up to 50%
- English fluency; additional languages a plus
