Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityNow solutions with a focus on NERM functionality, designing workflows, rules, and connectors to support non-employee identity lifecycle processes. Customize user interfaces and implement form configurations for NERM use cases while integrating with HR systems, contractor management systems, and directory services. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define access policies for third-party identities, ensuring data integrity, role-based access controls, and policy compliance.
