Job Summary
Conduct site tours and inspections of complex job sites to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal OSHA rules. Document findings, cite dangerous areas, and recommend corrective procedures to address non-compliance issues within designated timeframes. Coordinate and promote safety management programs while reporting concerns to safety leadership to maintain health and safety standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field, four years of construction safety experience, and OSHA 10, 30, and 40-hour certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years working as a Safety professional in a construction environment
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health or Environmental Applied Sciences
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- OSHA 10hr training
- OSHA 30hr training
- OSHA 40hr training
- Excellent working knowledge of health and safety management systems
- Knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926 standards
- Knowledge of state construction safety regulations
