Job Summary
Sr. SaaS Onboarding Technical Analyst, AVP responsible for auditing manual processes across the application lifecycle and designing/implementing automated solutions to eliminate toil. Lead the development and maintenance of robust configuration management scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Ansible; optimize CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, risk-mitigated deployments of the CRIMS SaaS platform; ensure efficiency, availability, and proper configuration of the CRD Development environment; adopt and implement industry-standard DevOps policies; create automated scripts/tools to build, configure, deploy, and test applications across environments; work hands-on with the system to verify product and business requirements; drive automated release management for SaaS clients; break down complex processes into simple, reliable components; operate autonomously from identified gap to automated solution. Requires experience with DevOps tools and scripting, Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, databases, servers, NoSQL/SQL, cloud (Azure/AWS/Oracle), and automation tooling (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, RunDeck). Prior experience in the financial services or banking sector and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a DevOps, Automation Engineer, or Systems Engineering role
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, MIC/CIS, etc.
