Sr. Robotic Automation Technician

Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning robotic cells, mechanical, and electrical equipment while identifying potential failures to implement preventive countermeasures. Increase uptime of all robotic cells and improve automation project success by participating in new automation projects with a focus on maintainability and reliability. Train others in robot troubleshooting and maintenance skills to grow the team's robotic capabilities. Drive 5S improvements and ongoing safety performance in assigned maintenance areas while maintaining inventory of spare parts. Support rapid return-to-service plans whenever called upon.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in direct support of production robotic cells
- Expert ability to interface with, understand, and improve automation control programs
- Extensive experience with and knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical components and repair techniques
- Must be able to interpret hydraulic and electric diagrams and schematics
