Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide, operational, and compliance risk assessments, including scoping, facilitation, analysis, and documentation. Maintain and enhance enterprise risk registers, key risk indicators, and issue management processes while facilitating Risk & Control Self-Assessments across business units. Analyze risk trends and emerging risks to inform management decision-making, then develop high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership and board committees. Serve as a liaison to business units to identify, monitor, and report enterprise risk, acting as a trusted advisor on risk identification and mitigation strategies. Coordinate ERM governance activities, support regulatory examinations and audits, and provide technical guidance to ERM Analysts. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a hybrid schedule requiring two days per week in the Melbourne office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of recent and applicable risk management experience
- Experience in risk management
- Experience in operational risk management
- Experience in cyber security
- Experience in compliance
- Experience in audit
- Experience leading and directing workflow
- Experience with work intake
- Experience with prioritizing competing requests
- Microsoft Office proficiency
