Job Summary
The Senior RF Probe Electrical Test Engineer at Qorvo focuses on developing and implementing RF probe test plans and procedures for semiconductor devices. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining RF and test equipment, analyzing test data, troubleshooting complex test issues, and documenting test results. Candidates should have extensive expertise in RF electrical testing, knowledge of relevant test instrumentation, and proficiency in test automation software. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as experience in yield analysis and process control.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in RF electrical testing
- Strong knowledge of network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and related test instrumentation
- Proficiency in test automation software and scripting languages
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with yield analysis, failure analysis, and statistical process control
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
