Job Summary
Senior Revenue Cycle Audit Specialist leads and conducts reviews of Revenue Cycle external audits related to billing and coding, serves as a team lead for Revenue Cycle Audits, analyzes documentation to support compliant billing practices, prepares logs and statistical findings, and provides technical and educational assistance to junior staff while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of local, national, and federal coding and billing regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Technical proficiency with office software
- Ability to learn new procedures and adapt to changing priorities
